sell can be hard. But if you have good money, you will find takers.

especially if your budget is modest. But it is part of the main Malindi town,
and if you do develop property there, the returns may be handsome.
The fifth
area where you may find plots for sale in Malindi is Majengo. This is one of the
most impressively developed areas, with multistoried rental properties all
over. There are still some few Swahili house type of properties, whose owners
may be willing to sell if you offer a good price.
The sixth area where you may
find decent plot for sale in Malindi is Mtangani. Mtangani may be slightly out
of town, but the properties there are affordable, and it is increasingly a
high-potential area.
